Working from his Byford office, Jake is supported by Denise, and together they’re known for providing a seamless and responsive experience for their clients.
As a long time Byford local, Jake is raising his family in the area and has strong connections to the local property market, including real estate insights through his wife, who is a local agent.

Rohan began his career in finance and home lending in 2016 and brings over 10 years’ experience across the industry, including leadership and business development roles. Since joining FiNext Mortgage Brokers in 2023, Rohan has taken off with impressive momentum – and hasn’t looked back.
His client-first approach and strong lending results have been recognised at an industry level, being named 2024 AFG WA Best New Broker and earning a place in the top 20 WA Individual Brokers in WA at the 2025 AFG Broker Awards.

That spark came from his own experience with a mortgage broker, showing him how powerful the right person can be when you’re trying to make big life moves.
Over the past decade, Aaron has worked with people from every background imaginable. He’s seen the polished business side, the messy personal side, and everything in between. That mix taught him how to read people quickly, understand what they’re really trying to achieve, and stay laser focused on delivering outcomes that matter. It also made him the go to guy in the digital space—connecting clients with providers, solutions, and opportunities they didn’t even know existed.

A proud family man with three kids who ensure life is never quiet, Aaron finds his escape at Mount Lawley Golf Club.
